| Automation of a water-heating boiler room, built on the basis of the Termodat 11M6 microprocessor regulator, provides completely autonomous control of a double-circuit heating system and multi-level equipment protection. The regulator monitors the coolant temperature in real time and automatically controls the burner power levels (“large” and “small” flame), maintaining the set parameters in the boiler (80–95°C) and secondary circuits. The intelligent operating algorithm of the circulation pumps provides for their automatic start and delayed stop (5–8 minutes after the burner is turned off), which guarantees efficient heat removal and eliminates the risk of water boiling in the boiler. A comprehensive safety system, including conductometric level sensors and electrical contact pressure gauges, provides continuous monitoring of the system condition and instant blocking of operation in the event of any deviations in pressure or water level from the norm |

Водогрейная котельная TEPLO ВК-5 предназначена для получения горячей воды с температурой до +95 °С и расходом до 5 м3/ч. Идеально работает для подачи горячей воды на бетонный завод в зимнее время года, а также может использоваться для любых других схожих целей производства.
Работает в суровых климатических условиях с устойчивыми отрицательными значениями температуры окружающей среды.
Водогрейная установка состоит из котла, теплообменника, насосов, расширительного бака, трубной обвязки и накопительной емкости.
Посредством работы циркуляционного насоса внутреннего контура, вода попадает в котел, далее вода нагревается до +100 °С и проходя через теплообменник нагревает второй конур ГВС до +95 °С, при работе насоса, который обеспечивает полный прогрев воды в расходном баке. При срабатывании насоса, разогретая вода поступает для дозировки на «потребитель».
Одновременно в теплообменник поступает вода из подпитывающего водопровода и пройдя через него, нагревается и поступает в емкость для воды.
Тепловая схема водогрейной установки обеспечивает приготовление горячей воды с заданным диапазоном температуры до +65 °С. Система теплоснабжения двухконтурная.
Водогрейная установка поставляется в виде одного транспортабельного блока и его монтаж связан с установкой на спланированную площадку по проекту привязки котельной, присоединением к внешним сетям (теплотрасса, водопровод, канализация, газопровод, электроэнергия) и монтажу дымовой трубы.
Водогрейная установка применяется в электрифицированных зонах (опционально возможна работа в автономном режиме при поставке дизель генератора). Размещение на высоте не более 1200 м. над уровнем моря. Климатическое исполнение при поставке в комплектации «блок-бокс» — У1. При поставке без блок-бокса климатическое исполнение УХЛ4.
В случае остановки котла, рекомендуется оставлять заполненными водой систему трубопроводов и котел. Сливать воду из котла следует только при приостановке котла на значительно длинный период и /(или) при вероятности размораживания системы.
