Двухвальный бетоносмеситель БП-2Г-1200 объемом 1200 литров, принудительного типа, с двумя горизонтальными перемешивающими валами, укомплектован скиповым подъемником.

Для хранения и точного дозирования инертных, завод оснащен Дозирующим комплексом ДКП-15. Инертные загружаются и хранятся в бункерах, количество бункеров 2 по 5 куб. метра, общий объем бункеров 10 куб. метров. На бункере песка установлен вибратор для побуждения выхода. Под бункерами установлен на 4 тензодатчиках ленточный конвейер-дозатор, на котором происходит точное дозирование компонентов. Компоненты подаются из бункеров посредством открытия шиберных заслонок, которые управляются пневмосистемой. В комплект поставки так же входит компрессор.

When the required dose is reached, the batching conveyor is turned on and the dosed components are fed into the skip (ladle) of the concrete mixer. The skip rises and feeds the components into the mixing chamber of the concrete mixer.

Cement is supplied from cement silo (optional) or big bag opener RMK-2M (optional). From the silo/big-bag discharger cement is fed by a screw conveyor (optional) in a cement dispenser Cement dispenser DTSVH-300

The cement is stored in a special warehouse - cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected the rate of two daily stock performance. For feeding cement from a cement silo dispenser must acquire the correct length screw.

At the final dosage of all components, mixing occurs, after obtaining the necessary homogeneity of the mixture, the pneumatic valve of the concrete mixer is opened and the mixture is fed into the receiving hopper or into the automixer. Then the cycle repeats.
