For storage and precise batching of the inert materials Concrete mixer equipped. Inert materials are loaded and stored in bunkers, the number of bunkers is 4, 30 m³ each, the total volume of bunkers is 120 m³. A dosing belt conveyor is installed under the bunkers, on which components are accurately dosed; the components are supplied from the bunkers by opening gate valves, the gates are controlled by a pneumatic system.
When the required dose of inerts has been collected, the conveyor is turned on and the dosed components are fed onto an inclined belt conveyor. The mixture rises along the conveyor and enters the mixing chamber of the concrete mixer.

The cement is stored in a special warehouse - cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected the rate of two daily stock performance. For feeding cement from a cement silo dispenser must acquire the correct length screw.

Cement is fed by auger into the dosing unit BD-180, which includes dispensers: cement - 1800 kg, water - 900 l and chemical additive - 70 l. Each dispenser is mounted on a rigid frame and equipped with three high-precision load cells to improve dosing accuracy. The cement dispenser is equipped with an MVE 300/3 vibrator to prevent freezing and ensure stable material flow
In the mixer, the components are mixed; After achieving the required homogeneity, the concrete mixer gate opens and the mixture is fed into the concrete mixer truck or receiving hopper. Then the cycle repeats.
3m³ is produced in one cycle ready-made concrete (or mortar); Cycle duration is about 70 s. Installation capacity - up to 160 m³ ready concrete (or mortar) per hour.
